You must be 18 years or older to participate in ACES raffles. Age verification is required during registration, and false information about age will result in immediate account suspension.
No, ACES raffles are only available to residents of Malawi. You must have a valid Malawian address and phone number to participate.
You can purchase a maximum of 100 entries per raffle. Daily entry limits are MWK 50,000 and weekly limits are MWK 250,000. Premium account holders have higher limits.
Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generation system. The process is verified by independent auditors to ensure fairness and transparency.
Winners are notified via SMS within 5 minutes of the drawing, followed by email confirmation with claim instructions. Major prize winners also receive a phone call.
Small prizes (MWK 1,000-50,000) must be claimed within 7 days, medium prizes (MWK 50,001-500,000) within 14 days, and large prizes (MWK 500,001+) within 30 days. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.
We accept ACES wallet balance, Airtel Money (2% fee), TNM Mpamba (2% fee), and bank transfers (MWK 1,000 fee). All fees are clearly displayed before payment.
No refunds are available for confirmed entries. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical errors or system failures, and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
